The month of July 2016 saw a busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Northwest real estate zone.

The most expensive house sold in July 2016 was for $955,000. The second most expensive house sold was $945,000 in Northwest Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 5 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Driscoll Drive, Fenn Street, Feint Drive and Stannardville Drive.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Atherton Avenue, Distleman Way, Beverton Crescent and Dooley Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $570,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $743,126 during July 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 10 days on the market.
20 of the houses sold in Northwest Ajax were detached, 4 houses sold were townhouses and 3 sold were semi-detached homes.
