As for the beautiful 390 Cherry Street’s most recent selling prices:

Between December 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016 only eight sales have occurred at 390 Cherry Street.

An east-facing one bedroom plus den sold for $327,500 midway up in the tower. It did not come with locker or parking.

An east-facing one bedroom suite with locker and parking sold for $358,000 on a lower floor.

An 887 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom suite sold for $511,000 on a lower floor. Parking and locker were included.

A 784 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom suite sold for $544,000 high up the tower. Parking and locker were included.

A southwest corner suite sold for $560,000. This suite had two bedrooms, den, two bathroom, parking but no locker.

Another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $580,000. This suite came with two parking spots and one storage locker.

A very large 1342 sq ft suite sold for $935,000. This suite came with two parking spots and a storage locker.

And another spectacular Terrace Collection suite sold for $1,129,000. This suite was more than 1500 sq ft and came with two parking spots.
