As for the beautiful 390 Cherry Street’s most recent selling prices:

During April and May of 2016, 12 condo sales occurred at 390 Cherry Street.

A north facing 1 bedroom suite with locker, but no parking, sold for $359,900. This suite was about halfway up the building.

A one bedroom suite with locker and parking near the top sold for $385,000. This suite was east facing.

A one bedroom suite on a very low floor sold for $415,000. It included locker and parking and was north facing.

A one bedroom plus den suite on a lower floor sold for $445,000. The suite faced west and came with a locker and parking spot.

A two bedroom, two bathroom suite on a lower floor sold for $516,500. It did not include a locker but did come with a parking spot. The suite faced north east.

Another two bedroom, two bathroom suite on a low floor sold for $520,000. It came with locker and parking and was about 724 sqare feet.

A larger one bedroom suite on a higher floor sold for $528,000. It came with locker and parking.

About halfway up the tower, a two bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $540,000 with locker and parking. The monthly maintenance fee on this suite was about $609.

A subpenthouse suite sold for $730,000. This spacious 971 square foot suite faced south with unobstructed views of the lake.

A two bedroom plus den suite sold for $740,500 near the top of the 390 Cherry Street condo tower.

A large penthouse suite sold for $983,500.

And another penthouse suite sold for $1,157,000 which came with 2 car parking
