Completed in 2005, 18 Yorkville is home to 314 suites on 36 floors. Amenities include a gym, games room, large outdoor terrace with barbecues, guest suite, multimedia room, events room, sauna, security system, steam room and visitor parking. 18 Yorkville has a lot going for it.
Let’s take a close look at property values for 18 Yorkville Avenue for April, May and June 2016.
About halfway up the condo tower of 18 Yorkville Avenue, a one bedroom suite sold for $408,000. The sale did not include parking, but did include a locker. This suite faced south.
A few floors below that, a one bedroom suite sold for $417,000. This suite did include a parking spot but no locker.
Another one bedroom suite at 18 Yorkville Ave in Toronto sold for $419,000 without a locker or parking spot. And then a fourth one bedroom suite sold for $438,000 with an underground owned parking spot.
On a very low floor, a one bedroom plus den suite sold for $570,000. The sale included a locker and parking spot. The suite was approximately 622 square feet.
Also on a low floor at 18 Yorkville Avenue, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $695,000. This sale included a locker and parking spot. The suite was a southwest corner suite.
