The sale included one storage locker but did not include an underground parking spot. The monthly condo fee was $610.48. Condo fees here include hydro.

 

On a lower floor, a two bedroom suite with one bathroom was sold. This owner at 1121 Bay Street in downtown Toronto saw his suite sell for $528,000. This sale included a locker and one parking spot.

 

Another two bedroom, one washroom suite was sold at 1121 Bay Street. It sold for $535,000 in multiple offers on a scheduled offer day. The sale included a storage locker and a parking spot underground at 1121 Bay.
