We’ve witnessed wonderful increases and interesting fluctuations in condo property values in this downtown Toronto neighbourhood, just steps from Yonge Bloor subway station including the addition of a beautiful sister tower across the street at 101 Charles Street East. Soon we’ll be taking a closer look at X2 Condos.

For now though, let’s examine selling prices at the orginal X Condos at 110 Charles Street East at Church and Charles Streets. A striking modern tower with excellent amenities, amazing views, beautiful finishes, a stunning lobby and wonderful floor plans. Here is a look at 110 Charles Street East property values.

These are seven X Condo sales that occurred in May and June 2016.

About halfway up the X Condo building, a one bedroom plus den suite sold for $481,000. This selling pirce included parking and locker. The suite faced west.

At the same time, a similar suite sold for $484,000 in 110 Charles.

Another one bedroom plus den suite that was about 732 square feet sold for $487,500 midway up the X condo tower. It included locker and parking.

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $513,000. This X Condo unit was on a lower floor and came with a storage locker but no underground parking spot.

About midway up the tower at 110 Charles St East, a two bedroom, two bathroom condo unit saw a selling price of $536,000. It included a locker and parkign spot. This condo suite was about 810 square feet.

A similar two bedroom two bathroom suite sold for $575,000.

And another X Condo unit sold for $576,000 above the 30th floor in the condominium tower. This suite came with locker and parking and the monthly condo fee was $534.53.
