For now, let’s focus on the area of Blue Grass Meadows. This area borders Oshawa to the east and is roughly south of Rossland Road, east of Anderson Street and north of the 401.
In February 2016, 18 properties were sold here. The average selling price was $521,811.
The most expensive house sold was $712,500 for a detached, 2-storey home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The least expensive house sold was $375,000 for a detached home in need of a lot of work and would be considered a “handyman special”.
16 of the houses sold in this area were detached and 2 were linked.
