Let’s take a look now at actual real estate selling prices in Whitby’s Pringle Creek area for January 2016 and February 2016. This area is east of Brock Street North, south of Taunton Road East, north of Dundas Street East and west of Thickson Road North.
In January and February 2016, 29 properties were sold here. The average selling price was $502,251.
The most expensive house sold was $680,800 for a wonderful detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom house.
The least expensive house sold was $372,000 for a 3 bedroom townhome.
18 of the houses sold in this area were detached, 8 were townhouses and 2 were linked underground.
