E03 Toronto Real Estate Statistics October 2015

The month of October 2015 was an active month for those buying and selling an freehold house in the E03 real estate zone in Toronto.

This real estate zone is comprised of the neighbourhoods of Broadview North, Crescent Town, Danforth, Danforth Village-East York, East York, O’Connor-Parkview, Playter Estates-Danforth, Woodbine-Lumsden.

The boundaries are, roughly from east to west: Victoria Park Avenue to O’Connor to the Don Valley Parkway and north of Danforth Avenue.

There were 88 successful real estate sales of freehold homes according to the MLS system.

The most expensive house sold was for $2,315,000 on Broadview Avenue.

Other streets in this area that saw houses selling for more than a million dollars during October 2015 were Ellerbeck Street ($1,450,000), Parkview Hill Crescent ($1,261,000 and $1,115,000), Logan Avenue ($1,175,000), Fairside Avenue ($1,170,000), Dewhurst Boulevard ($1,165,000), Eaton Avenue ($1,165,000 and $1,019,000), Cosburn Avenue ($1,100,000), Glenwood Crescent ($1,100,000), Lumsden Avenue ($1,030,000) and Glebemount Avenue ($1,015,000).

The streets in this Toronto real estate zone with houses selling for less than $600,000 were Dalecrest Drive, Tiago Avenue, Gledhill Avenue, Springhill Boulevard, Glenburn Avenue, Thyra Avenue, Doncaster Avenue, King Edward Avenue, Pape Avenue and Holmstead Avenue.

The streets that had houses selling for less than $500,000 in this Toronto real estate zone were St. Clair Avenue East, Crewe Avenue, Palmer Avenue and Sammon Avenue.

The average selling price of a house in Toronto’s E03 real estate zone was $782,349 during the month of October. The average time it took to sell a house was 11 days on the market.

Most houses sold in this area were detached houses (49 of them). Only 35 of the homes sold were semi-detached houses.

Real estate sales were most active in Danforth Village-East York (21 sales).

Some of the busier streets for real estate buying and selling were Chester Avenue, Cosburn Avenue, Davies Crescent, Donlands Avenue, Eaton Avenue, Frater Avenue, Glebemount Avenue, Glenwood Crescent, Greenwood Avenue, Logan Avenue, Monarch Park Avenue, Parkview Hill Crescent, Queensdale Avenue, Sammon Avenue, Springdale Boulevard, St Clair Avenue East, Westlake Avenue and Woodington Avenue.
