Located just to the east of Toronto’s downtown core, young couples and young families continue to eye this diverse area with hopes of calling it home. From October 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, according to the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system:
-14 freehold properties were sold in this area by some of the best real estate agents in Leslieville
-the average selling price of all homes sold here was $822,537 in an average of 14 days on market
-selling prices ranged from $478,000 for a semi-detached house on Carlaw Avenue to $1,155,000 for a beautiful semi-detached 3-storey house on Morse Street
-1 house sold in this section of Leslieville was detached during this period
-2 houses sold were on Booth Avenue with an average sale price of $787,056
-3 houses sold were on Carlaw Avenue with an average sale price of $564,967
-2 houses sold were on Eastern Avenue with an average sale price of $1,017,000
-2 houses sold were on Empire Avenue with an average selling price of $692,500
-2 houses sold were on Logan Avenue with an average selling price of $904,250
-3 houses sold were on Morse Street with an average sale price of $1,006,033
