35 Hayden Condos for sale and latest selling prices at BSN
Both Cameron Weir and Scott Hanton are condominium owners in the popular Bloor Yorkville real estate neighbourhood. We’re thrilled to have helped so many real estate buyers and sellers purchase and sell successfully at the Bloor Street Neighbourhood Condominium at 35 Hayden Street. As area owners and investors, we’re obviously very interested in property values at 35 Hayden. And we’re proud to have all of our listings in the building and all over Bloor Yorkville not only look better than most of the competition, but net our sellers much more profit than they would have achieved with discount realtors.
As a pre-construction condo purchaser next door at 33 Charles St East, I personally watched and documented the entire exciting evolution of BSN: from the first shovels in the ground to the removal of the construction crane to our first condos for sale at 35 Hayden.
As some of the best Toronto real estate agents specializing in downtown condos, we’ve seen a lot of changes happen on Charles Street East and Hayden Street over the years. And we’re excited to know that all of Bloor Yorkville is going to continue to evolve and improve over the next several years with the completion of Chaz, Casa 2, Casa 3 and 1 Bloor Street East. This dynamic neighbourhood will keep getting more and more exciting for residents and investors in Bloor Yorkville property values.
