Now let’s take a look at property values at 35 Hayden Street. Just how much have things changed since the building was registered in 2010?

Here are selling prices during January and February 2016.

5 Bloor Street Neighbourhood condo suites were sold during this two month period.

A one bedroom plus den suite was sold for $375,000. The suite was approximately 589 sq ft and was on a medium high floor. It was north facing. There was no locker or parking.

A one bedroom suite that was more than 600 sq ft sold for $375,000 on a low floor. It was east facing and came with a parking spot but no locker.

A large one bedroom plus den suite on a high floor with one and a half baths sold for $640,000. It included a locker and a parking spot.

A 1284 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $755,000. It was about half way up the tower and included a locker and a parking spot.

Also, a 2 bedroom plus den suite sold for $830,000. This suite was high up in the tower and included locker and parking.
