He provided me with constant feedback, marketed my property extensively, personally knocking on doors letting the owners in my neighborhood know of the sale of my home while passing out marketing material. He held an open house every weekend and the result was he found a buyer for my home for a price I was content with in a short period of time. On the buy side, Cameron did just as good a job. He was very knowledgeable with the product out there. He listened closely to my wants and needs and knew what I was looking for. When the right property appeared he quickly moved on it (late Sunday night) and narrowly beat out the competition demonstrating his strong negotiating tactics.
