-the average selling price of all homes sold here was $689,000 in an average of 7 days on market
-selling prices ranged from $310,000 for a semi-detached house in need of work on Queen Street to $1,330,000 for a gorgeous, detached 4 bedroom house
-houses sold were on Brick Court, Connaught Avenue, Eastern Avenue, Knox Avenue, Leslie Street, Minto Street and Queen Street East
-2 houses sold in this section of Leslieville were detached during this period
-2 houses sold were on Connaught Avenue with an average sale price of $612,500
-3 houses sold were on Minto Street with an average sale price of $925,000
-2 properties sold were on Queen Street East with an average sale price of $530,000
