Pickering Real Estate Statistics – Your Real Estate Update for April 2015

The Weir Team saw a busy April in the booming Pickering real estate market. We’re seeing many buyers who have been priced out of the downtown Toronto market looking east into Durham Region… and looking for bigger bang for their buck. More bedrooms, more parking, larger lot and most importantly these days… detached. All of that can be found in Pickering 20-45 minutes via the 401 and DVP to downtown Toronto (depending on the time of day, of course).

This increased interest in Pickering has seen prices jump considerably over the past few years.
