The month of May saw some excellent results for sellers in Pickering. The Weir Team saw outstanding sales results on Graceland Court, Sunbird Trail and Edgewood Road among others.
In all of Pickering, 175 Properties were sold (versus 168 in April).
Of those sold properties in Pickering, 105 were detached houses, 12 were semi-detached, 22 condo townhouses were sold, 14 were condo apartments.
The average sale price was $626,899 for a detached house, $430,642 for a semi-detached house, $325,105 for a condo townhouse and $277,032 for a condo apartment.
The average days on the market for all properties sold in May in Pickering was 15 days, versus 14 days in April.
33 of the freehold properties sold were in Amberlea. In Amberlea, the average price sold was $559,653 with an average of 11 days on market.
