The average selling price in Liverpool during this period was $551,537.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $515,684. A very good rise in property values for this beautiful area of Pickering, indeed.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Liverpool neighbourhood was $350,000 for a 3-storey rowhouse.
