Located north of the 401 on the eastern edge of Pickering, this neighbourhood saw 29 homes sold in the final six months of 2015.

The average selling price in Town Centre during this period was $475,345.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $370,968. A very good rise in average property values for this beautiful area of Pickering indeed.

During the last half of 2015, it took an average of 16 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

14 houses sold in Village East during this time were detached. 11 of them were semi-detached or town houses.

The most expensive house sold was a large detached house for $1,160,000.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Village East neighbourhood was $327,500 for a 2-storey town house on Alwin Circle.

During the last half of 2015, houses were sold on Alwin Circle, Bainbridge Drive, Beechlawn Drive, Dreyber Court, Finch Avenue, Geta Circle, Guild Road, Jaywin Circle, Kingston Road, Larksmere Court, Marshcourt Drive, Royal Road and Southview Drive.
