Located between the Altona Forest and Spruce Hill Road, this area saw 13 homes sold in March 2016.

The average selling price in Amberlea during this period was $576,435.

During March 2016, it took an average of only five days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses.

5 of these houses sold in Amberlea were detached and 7 were semi-detached.

The most expensive house sold was a beautiful four bedroom detached house for $780,000 near Rosebank and Foxwood.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Amberlea neighbourhood was $439,900 for a townhouse near Whites and Finch.

During the busier month of March 2016, houses were sold on Amaretto Avenue, Amberwood Crescent, Autumn Crescent, Cobbler’s Court, Craighurst Court, Erin Gate Boulevard, Foxwood Trail, Graceland Court, Parkside Drive, Sultana Square, Sunbird Trail, Swan Place and Village Street.
