Ajax Real Estate Statistics for January 2016 – focus on Ajax Northwest zone
The month of January 2016 saw a relatively slow month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Northwest real estate zone.
There were 10 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

As for January 2016, the most expensive house sold in Ajax Northwest was for $743,000. The second most expensive house sold was $697,250 in Northwest Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Searell Avenue, Stammers Drive and Haskell Avenue.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Powlesland Street and Netherway Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $550,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $621,315 during January 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was only 5 days on the market.
8 of the houses sold in Ajax Northwest were detached and 2 were semi-detached.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Northwest Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Nobbs Drive, Atherton Avenue, Nott Drive and Ravenscroft Road.
