The month of January 2016 saw a rather active month for buyers and sellers in Ajax’s Northeast real estate zone.

There were 10 properties sold according to the MLS system.

And The Weir Team has also been busy buying and selling in Ajax and across Durham Region.

The most priciest house sold in Ajax Northeast was for $865,000. The second most expensive house sold was $790,000 in Northeast Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Oswell Drive, Bonner Crescent and Keith-Wright Crescent.

The least expensive houses sold were found on Rossland Road East. All of these houses were sold for less than $400,000.

The average selling price of a house in Northeast Ajax was $556,161 during January 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northeast Ajax was 23 days on the market.

Four of the houses sold in Ajax Central West were detached, 4 were townhouses and 2 were semi-detached.

Other streets for real estate transactions in Northeast Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Garrardview Street, Styles Crescent, Tansley Crescent, Luce Drive, Westray Crescent and Reevesmere Lane.
