Here’s a look at real estate market activity for the neighbourhoods of Broadview North, Crescent Town, Danforth, Danforth Village – East York, East York, O’Connor Parkview, Playter Estates – Danforth, Woodbine – Lumsden. These numbers and real estate statistics examine selling prices based on data provided by the TREB MLS Stratus system for the area referred to as real estate zone E03.

In January 2016, 35 properties were sold (versus 33 in January 2015).

The average selling price was $791,733 (versus $685,049 is January 2015).

The highest price paid for a house in January 2016 in this area was $1,335,000. The lowest price paid was $581,100. The average days on the real estate market in this area was 17 days.

From most real estate transactions to the least: In May, there were 11 sales in Danforth Village – East York, 9 sales in Woodbine – Lumsden, in O’Connor – Parkview there were 6 sales, in Danforth there were 13 sales (versus 3 sales), in Playter Estates – Danforth there were 3 transactions, in East York there were 4 homes sold and in Crescent Town there was only 1 houe sold in the month of January 2016.

The streets that were busy with real estate transactions were Cedarvale Avenue, Chester Hill Road, Coleridge Avenue, Cosburn Avenue, Donlands Avenue, Elswick Road, Furnival Road, Glebemount Avenue, Glenwood Crescent, Holborne Avenue, King Edward Avenue, Marlow Avenue, Midburn Avenue, Monarch Park Avenue, O’Connor Drive, Pape Avenue, Queensdale Avenue, Ravenwood Place, Sammon Avenue, Springdale Boulevard, St Hubert Avenue, Stag Hill Drive, Westbrook Avenue, Wiley Avenue, Woodmount Avenue.

In January 2016, 26 of the houses in E03 sold were detached, 8 were semi-detached and 11 were bungalows.
