Ajax Real Estate Statistics for February 2016 – focus on Ajax Central East
The month of February 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central East real estate zone.
There were 11 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

As for selling prices in Ajax during February 2016:
The most expensive house sold was for $799,000. The second most expensive house sold was $690,000 in Central East Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Mosely Crescent, Loughlin Hill Crescent and Formosa Avenue.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Clowes Street and Chaston Road. All of these houses were sold for less than $400,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central East Ajax was $515,516 during February 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central East Ajax was 9 days on the market.
4 of the houses sold in Central East Ajax were detached, 5 houses sold were row houses or town houses and 2 were semi-detached freehold homes.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Central East Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Devineridge Avenue, Horton Street, Knowles Street, Silverwood Circle, Goss Lane and Rossland Road East.
