Ajax Real Estate Statistics for February 2016 – focus on the real estate zone of Ajax Central
The month of February 2016 saw a somewhat busy month for those selling a freehold home in Ajax’s Central real estate zone.
There were 17 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

Now, back to selling prices in Ajax Central for February 2016:
The most expensive house sold was for $760,000. The second most expensive house sold was $670,000 in Central Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Dominy Drive, Hibbard Drive and Reed Drive.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Queen Street, Rideout Street and Beech Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $350,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central Ajax was $500,600 during February 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central Ajax was 16 days on the market.
14 of the houses sold in Central Ajax were detached, 2 houses sold were row houses or town houses.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Central Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Parkins Drive, Fishlock Street, Tawn Crescent, Raine Drive, Smales Drive, Harley Drive, Ducatel Crescent, Twigg Drive and Beech Street.
