The month of August 2016 saw a busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s beautiful Northeast real estate zone.
There were 36 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

As for August 2016:
The most expensive house sold was for $1,068,000. The second most expensive house sold was $960,000 in Northeast Ajax for a detached, 2-storey, five bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Bignell Crescent, Brider Crescent, Hinsley Crescent and Muscat Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Todhunter Crescent, Rossland Road East, Howlett Crescent and Westray Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $525,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northeast Ajax was $721,411 during August 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in the popular Northeast Ajax was 8 days on the real estate market.
23 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 6 houses sold were townhouses and 7 sold were semi-detached.
