The month of January 2016 saw a relatively slow month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central East real estate zone.
There were 8 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

Now, as for Central East Ajax selling prices in January 2016…
The most expensive house sold in Ajax Central East was for $655,000. The second most expensive house sold was $585,000 in Central Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Turnerbury Avenue, Gaskin Street and Bazin Road.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Rossland Road East. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central East Ajax was $541,550 during January 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central East Ajax was 16 days on the market.
6 of the houses sold in Ajax Central East were detached, 1 house sold in Ajax was a row house or town house and 1 was linked.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Central East Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Wicks Drive and Tams Drive.
