In February 2016, 17 properties were sold here. The average selling price was $430,876.
The most expensive house sold was $792,000 for a gorgeous detached heritage home.
The least expensive house sold was $300,000 for a small detached house.
10 of the houses sold in this area were detached and 4 were townhomes.
