We’ve loved watching the evolution of Charles Street East with the recent completion of Chaz Yorkville Condos at 45 Charles Street East. This building has turned out beautifully and owners and residents at Chaz Condominium should love coming home to this Bloor-Yorkville condo address.

 

Now, let’s take a look at property values and actual selling prices at Chaz Yorkville Condominium, 45 Charles Street East.

 

Here is what sold during September 2016:

 

Five Chaz condo suites total were sold via Toronto’s MLS system.

 

A one bedroom suite on a lower floor at Chaz Condominium sold for $315,900. There was no locker and no parking spot for this Chaz sale.

 

A bachelor suite sold for $320,000 on a low floor. The seller of this Chaz unit did not include a locker or parking spot with this sale.

 

A 580 sq ft one bedroom suite sold for $458,000. This suite was on a high floor in the Chaz condo tower and did not come with a locker or parking spot.

 

About halfway up the Chaz condominium building, a 1+1 suite sold for $541,500. The suite included two bathrooms. No locker and no parking came with this Chaz suite.

 

And a selling price of $788,000 occurred at 45 Charles St E on a lower floor for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. This unit was more than 800 sq ft and came with a parking spot.
