The month of February 2016 saw a profitable month for those selling houses in the Ajax’s South East real estate zone.
There were 22 successful real estate transactions according to the MLS system.

In February 2016, the most expensive house sold was for $805,000. The second most expensive house sold was $760,000 in South East Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 4 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Sharplin Drive, Hills Road, Moynahan Crescent, Ruthel Road and Warwick Avenue.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Burcher Road and Tulloch Drive. All of these houses were sold for less than $400,000.
The average selling price of a house in South East Ajax was $546,855 during February 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in South East Ajax was 12 days on the market.
18 of the houses sold in South East Ajax were detached and 3 sold were semi-detached.
Other streets with real estate transactions in South East Ajax during the month of February 2016 were Audley Road South, Farley Court, Aldonschool Court, Pickering Beach Road, Simpson Road, Harland Crescent, Tulloch Drive, Angier Crescent, Archer Drive, Andrea Road, Heatherwood Road, Hills Road, Admiral Road and Forest Road.
