Located south of the 401 and nestled next to Rouge Beach Park and Petticoat Creek Conservation Area, this neighbourhood saw 21 homes sold in the final six months of 2015.

The average selling price in Rosebank during this period was $770,071.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $714,074. A very good rise in property values for this beautiful area of Pickering indeed.

During the final six months of 2015, it took an average of 27 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

All 21 houses sold in Rosebank during this time were detached. 4 of them were bungalows.

The most expensive house sold was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house for $1,410,000.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Liverpool neighbourhood was $519,000 large 2-storey house in need of some updating.

During these final six months of 2015, houses were sold on Anthony Court, Cowan Circle, Foster Court, Gillmoss Road, Lekani Court, McLeod Crescent, Moorelands Crescent, Mountain Ash Drive, Nomad Road, Oakwood Drive, Pine Ridge Road, Rosebank Road and Rougemount Drive .
