Let’s take a closer look at the increasingly valuable real estate zone of Town Centre in Pickering for the last half of 2015.

Located north of the 401 and surrounding the Pickering Town Centre, this neighbourhood saw 12 homes sold in the final six months of 2015.

The average selling price in Town Centre during this period was $444,956.

One year prior, the average selling price for the same period was $346,042. A very good rise in average property values for this beautiful area of Pickering indeed.

During the last half of 2015, it took an average of 15 days on market for Pickering realtors to sell those houses in this popular area.

2 houses sold in Town Centre during this time were detached. 10 of them was semi-detached or town houses.

The most expensive house sold was a large detached house for $950,000.

The lowest selling price for houses in Pickering’s Town Centre neighbourhood was $335,000 for a 3-storey town house on Valley Farm Road.

During the last half of 2015, houses were only sold on Kingston Road and Valley Farm Road.
