As for June 2016, the house with the highest selling price was for $690,000. The second most expensive house sold was $660,000 in Central Ajax for a detached, 2-storey, five bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Angus Drive, Patterson Crescent, Noake Crescent, Old Harwood Avenue and Holmes Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Elm Street, Oak Street, George Street, Glynn Road and Tudor Avenue. All of these houses were sold for less than $425,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central Ajax was $499,471 during June 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central Ajax was 8 days on the market.
32 of the houses sold in Central Ajax were detached and 5 houses sold were row houses or town houses.
