-1 bedroom suites without parking, average selling price $421,800

-1 bedroom plus den without parking, average selling price $536,889

-1 bedroom plus den, 1 bathroom, with parking, average selling price $601,000

-2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with parking, under 900 sq ft, average selling price $690,533

-2 bedrooms plus den with parking, average selling price $841,200
