The month of October 2015 saw an active month for those selling a house in Ajax.

The most expensive house sold was for $1,005,000 on Roberson Drive in Ajax. Dominy Drive was home to the second most expensive house sold. That Ajax selling price was $910,000 for a 5 bedroom home. In third place at $908,000 was a detached 5 bedroom house on Muscat Crescent.

The least expensive houses sold were found on Durham Street in Central Ajax, Clowes Street in Northeast Ajax, Beatty Road in Central Ajax, Edward Street in Central Ajax, Admiral Road in Southeast Ajax, Lincoln Street West in Central West Ajax, Wright Crescent North in Central Ajax, Hurley Road in Southeast Ajax and Tams Drive in Central East Ajax. All of these houses were sold for less than $360,000.

The average selling price of a house in Ajax was $513,831. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Ajax was 15 days on the market.

107 of the houses sold in Ajax were detached, 22 houses sold in Ajax were row houses or town houses, 3 were linked and 13 were semi-detached houses in Ajax.

Real estate sales in Ajax were most active in Southeast Ajax and Central Ajax, followed by Northeast Ajax and Central West Ajax.
