The month of January 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central West real estate zone.
There were 10 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system.

The most expensive house sold in Ajax Central West was for $654,000. The second most expensive house sold was $653,000 in Central West Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Griffiths Drive, Pollard Crescent, Reese Avenue and Harkins Drive.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Radford Drive and Ravenscroft Road. All of these houses were sold for less than $440,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central West Ajax was $543,090 during January 2016. Most houses had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central West Ajax was 25 days on the market.
All 10 of the houses sold in Ajax Central West were detached.
Other streets for real estate transactions in Central West Ajax during the month of January 2016 were Rotherglen Road, Delaney Drive and Sherwood Road West.
