As for real estate selling prices in Ajax, let’s zero in on the first half of the month of July 2015 which proved a popular month for those selling a house in Ajax, Ontario.

There were 102 successful real estate sales according to the MLS system for freehold homes.

The most expensive property sold was for $1,150,000 for a gorgeous detached bungalow in northwest Ajax. Following that, there were multiple house sales over $700,000 and $800,000. Those Ajax houses were sold on Sykes Street, Hanaway Drive, Hester Avenue, Hibbins Avenue, Range Line Road, Montebello Crescent, Kerrison Drive, Taverner Crescent, Feint Drive and Elston Avenue.

The least expensive houses sold were found on George Street, Elm Street, Talbotshire Street, Hewitt Crescent, Cooperage Lane, Kipling Crescent, Stockbridge Crescent, Delaney Drive, Wright Crescent, Bartolo Lane, Linnel Street, Audley Road and Durham Street.

All of these Ajax, Ontario houses were sold for $400,000 or less.

Clearly there are still some great options for buyers in Durham Region to find houses under $400,000 in Ajax.

The average selling price of a house in Ajax during this period was $531,046. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Ajax was 12 days on the market during the first half of July 2015.

81 of the houses sold in Ajax were detached, 12 houses sold in Ajax were row houses or town houses, 4 were linked and 5 were semi-detached houses in Ajax.

Real estate sales in Ajax were most active in Central West Ajax, Southeast Ajax and Central Ajax.

Some of the busier streets for real estate transactions in Ajax during the first half of July 2015 were Audley Road North, Delaney Drive, Dreyer Drive, Hester Avenue, Reed Drive and Tawn Crescent.
