The most expensive house sold was for $960,000 in Northeast Ajax. Next in line was a house on Alden Square that sold for $795,000. Houses for sale in Ajax also saw some of the highest Ajax property values on Snowling Drive, Williamson Drive, Darlet Avenue, Goodhart Crescent, Darley Street, Garrardview Street, Rotherglen Road, Hinsley Crescent, Muscat Crescent, Davey Street and Todd Road. Most Ajax houses sold in August 2015 were detached, 2 storeys and had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Ajax was 12 days.

The average selling price of a house in Ajax for August 2015 was $515,354.

When compared with property values in Ajax one year earlier, August 2014 saw 168 transactions. The average real estate house price in Ajax was $454,528. One year earlier, homeowners selling a house in Ajax sold for an average selling price of $410,032. And in August of 2011, property sold in Ajax was selling for an average sale price of $353,895.

So, according to these real estate stats supplied by TREB, property values in Ajax increased by an average selling price of approximately $161,000 between August 2011 and August 2015.
