The streets with the most expensive sales were Horton Street, Silverwood Circle, Weatherby Avenue and Malthouse Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Linnell Street, Blunden Road, Goss Lane, Hesketh Road and Rossland Road. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central East Ajax was $566,286 during August 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central East Ajax was 9 days on the market.
6 of the houses sold in Ajax Central East were detached, 7 houses sold in Ajax Central East were row houses or town houses and 1 was semi-detached.
