The second most expensive house sold was $825,000 in Central East Ajax for a detached, 2-storey, 4 bedroom house. The streets with the most expensive sales Holroyd Street, Westgate Avenue, Southam Avenue and Chaston Road.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Silvester Street, Linnell Street, Field Crescent, Hesketh Road and Tams Drive. All of these houses were sold for less than $500,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central East Ajax was $555,993 during July 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central East Ajax was 8 days on the market.
