As for September 2016, the most expensive house sold was for $858,300. The second most expensive house sold was $850,000 in Northwest Ajax for a detached 2-storey, 3 bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Hazeldine Drive East, Napier Mews Drive, Searell Avenue and Williamson Drive West.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Quarrie Lane, Dooley Crescent and Gaskin Street. All of these houses were sold for less than $600,000.
The average selling price of a house in Northwest Ajax was $691,594 during September 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Northwest Ajax was 9 days on the market.
12 of the houses sold in Northeast Ajax were detached, 2 houses sold were townhouses and 5 sold were semi-detached homes.
