The month of March 2016 saw a very busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central real estate zone.

The most expensive house sold was for $795,000. The second most expensive house sold was $615,000 in Central Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were found on Bird Crescent, Wright Crescent and Atkinson Court.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Mary Street, Cooperage Lane and Glynn Road. All of these houses were sold for less than $400,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central Ajax was $520,152 during March 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central Ajax was 9 days on the market.
24 of the houses sold in Central Ajax were detached, 3 houses sold were row houses or town houses.
Streets with real estate transactions in Central Ajax during the month of March 2016 were Bird Crescent, Wright Crescent, Atkinson Court, Parkins Drive, Tawn Crescent, Sullivan Drive, Smales Drive, Gardiner Drive, Lax Avenue, Smales Drive, Hibbard Drive, Monk Crescent, Reed Drive, Redmond Drive, Millington Crescent, Longstaff Drive, Plowman Drive, Wright Crescent, Trawley Crescent, Angus Drive, Cornwall Drive, Bartolo Lane, Glynn Road and Mary Street.
