The month of April 2016 saw a relatively busy month for those selling a house in the Ajax’s Central West real estate zone.

In April 2016, most expensive house sold was for $877,000. The second most expensive house sold was $840,000 in Central West Ajax for a detached, 2-storey four bedroom home. The streets with the most expensive sales were Bowles Drive, Welsh Street and Mortimer Crescent.
The least expensive houses sold were found on Radford Drive, Delaney Drive, Daniels Crescent and Barrett Crescent. All of these houses were sold for less than $475,000.
The average selling price of a house in Central West Ajax was $629,312 during April 2016. Most houses had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The average time it took to sell a house in Central West Ajax was 7 days on the market.
30 of the houses sold in Central West Ajax were detached and 2 houses sold were a townhouse.
All streets with real estate transactions in Central West Ajax during the month of April 2016 were Barrett Crescent, Bowles Drive, Brennan Road, Carnelly Crescent, Chasham Court, Coughlen Street, Daniels Crescent, Darbyshire Court, Darley Street, Delaney Drive, Dodsworth Drive, Elizabeth Street, Grigglestone Lane, Hester Avenue, Hibbins Avenue, Jacwin Drive, Kemp Drive, Large Crescent, Macdermott Drive, Mortimer Crescent, Radford Drive, Ravenscroft Road, Reese Avenue, Rotherglen Road, Turniff Crescent and Welsh Street.
