About half way up the condo building of 99 Hayden, a two bedroom, one bathroom suite was sold for $400,000. The unit was about 774 square feet on a northwest corner. The selling price included a storage locker and an underground parking spot.
And a large one bedroom, one bathroom suite was sold for $402,000 on a low floor. The condo unit face south and the monthly maintenance fee was $552.00. The sale included a storage locker and a parking spot.
