So here now, let’s take a look at The Memphis Condominiums, MTCC 1019. We truly love this development. It’s a wonderful option for those that don’t want the noise and crowds south of Bloor. Instead, this elegant condo building allows residents to entering with their cars from McMurrich Street in Yorkville, or stroll in through a secured gate on Yonge Street. We always make sure to bring all of our buyers through this building whenever suites are available.
However, that’s not often. There is not a lot of turnover at The Memphis Condominium, which is a great sign and something we always point out to our real estate condo buyers. Plus, you can either say you’re in Yorkville or Rosedale. Either one is justifiable.
During May, June and July 2016, three condo suites sold at 942 Yonge Street.
On the penthouse level at The Memphis Condominium building, a one bedroom suite sold for $395,000. This suite was more than 600 square feet and faced south. The selling price included a locker and an underground owned parking spot.
On a high floor at 942 Yonge, a one bedroom plus den suite sold for $458,000. This suite enjoyed south views and the selling price included a parking space but no storage locker. The monthly condo fee for this unit was $515.00.
And on a very low floor at 942 Yonge Street, a one bedroom plus den suite sold for $500,000. This suite included two bathrooms and two tandem parking spaces.
