One of the excellent condo buildings in the Bloor Yorkville area is 85 Bloor Street East. This building is very well maintained and is ideally located in the beautifully cared for Bloor Street East stretch, just a few steps from the Yonge Bloor subway station. Longos Grocery and underground subway access and shopping at The Hudson Bay Centre is conveniently across the street.
Completed in 2004, this 20-storey building has approximately 252 suites. The Weir Team has many happy clients who are investors and owners at 85 Bloor Street East. It will be interesting to watch how property values change along this wonderful stretch of Bloor once the brand new 1 Bloor East condo tower is completed.

In August and September 2016, six suites were sold at 85 Bloor Street East.
Five of the suites sold were one bedrooms. One 85 Bloor suite sold for $382,000, another for $397,000 and up to $412,800 for a renovated, east-facing suite with locker and parking.
One of the suites sold was a one bedroom plus den at 85 Bloor St East. It was on a lower floor and sold for $410,000. It did not include locker or parking.
