On a very high floor, a bachelor suite at 75 St Nicholas St sold for $328,000. This suite face south and was less than 500 square feet. The selling price of this Toronto condo suite did not include a storage locker nor a parking spot.
A 559 square foot one bedroom suite sold for $480,000. This unit at 75 St Nicholas Street was sold by the owner with a parking spot and a storage locker. The condo suite was on a high floor and faced east.
Also on a very high floor at the The Nicholas Residences, a one bedroom suite was sold for $495,000. This suite was on a southwest corner and had a monthly maintenance fee of $388.00. The selling price included a storage locker and an underground parking spot.
On a very high floor at 75 St Nicholas Street, a one bedroom condo suite sold for $496,000. This sale included an underground parking spot, but no storage locker. The suite faced south.
On a rather low floor at 75 St Nicholas Street, a two bedroom, two bathroom suite sold for $641,800. This sale included an underground parking spot and a storage locker.
On another low floor at 75 St Nicholas, a two bedroom, two bathroom suite sold for $682,000. It was on the southeast corner and included an underground parking space and a storage unit.
