As for 70 Mill Street’s most recent selling prices:

Between August 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016 only 3 sales have occurred at 70 Mill Street.

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with more than 1000 sq ft sold for $419,000. This purchase included an owned parking spot.

A 2 bedroom plus den suite also sold for $422,000. This suite was more than 1050 sq ft, had two full bathrooms, one extra storage locker and one parking spot.

As well, another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite sold for $470,000. This suite was also more than 1050 sq ft and included one parking spot but no storage locker.
