As for 70 Distillery Lane’s most recent selling prices:

Between November 1, 2015 and January 31, 2016 only five sales have occurred at 70 Distillery Lane.

An east-facing one bedroom suite high up in the tower with locker but no parking sold for $325,000.

A west-facing 538 sq ft one bedroom suite on a low floor sold for $325,000. It came with a storage locker but no parking spot.

A 655 sq ft one bedroom suite sold for $375,000 that came with a locker and parking spot… but was on a very low floor.

A second similar suite sold one floor higher for $380,000.

And a one bedroom plus den suite without parking and without locker sold for $382,000 on the eighth floor.
