There is so much going on along the Yonge Street strip and we love being a part of it.
One of the many exciting condo projects is Five Condominium at 5 St Joseph Street, conveniently located between Yonge Street and Bay Street and a short walk to the subway station.

Heritage architect Michael McClelland feels that Five Condos at 5 St. Joseph will set a new standard for future development along the bustling Yonge Street strip.
Part of what makes this space unique is that it is preserving a stretch of 19th century buildings on Yonge Street, plus the 1905 gothic revival brick face of an old warehouse on St Joseph Street.
Five Condos will combine five brick buildings along Yonge that date back to the 1870s. The refurbished structures will house new stores, and will be home to 14 residential units on the second and third floors.
Five Condos’ inclusion of heritage elements has given it a competitive edge, helping the building to stand out in Toronto’s very crowded condo market.
Five Condos is home to suites that range from 600 sq. ft. one-bedrooms to 1,700 sq. ft. two bedroom + penthouses, and ranging from $400,000 to $1.3 million. And most of them sold quickly.
Completed in 2015, Five Condos boasts 539 suites on 48 floors, many with spectacular views of Toronto.
This beautiful addition to the Toronto skyline is full of amenities for owners and residents including: community barbecues, concierge, fitness facilities, games room, garden, multimedia room, music room, events room, sauna, security system and steam room.

In January 2016, 10 suites were sold via Toronto’s MLS system.
3 one bedroom suites sold, higher up the tower for an average sale price of $401,500.
A one bedroom plus den suite sold higher up the tower, with no locker but one parking spot for $520,000. The suite was approximately 674 square feet.
A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite also sold on a higher floor for $589,900. However it did not come with a parking spot nor a storage locker.
A 718 sq ft one bedroom plus den suite sold for $580,000. This suite included parking and locker and was on a middle floor.
Another one bedroom plus den suite sold for $586,000 on a higher floor. This suite was south east facing and included one parking spot but no locker.
A 2 bedroom plus den suite sold for $585,000 on a low floor. Under 900 sq ft, this unit included a parking spot and storage locker.
Also a 2 bedroom suite on a very high floor sold for $690,000. This suite was north east facing and included a parking spot and locker and was approximately $823 square feet.
