Now, let’s take a look at property values and actual selling prices at Chaz Yorkville Condominium, 45 Charles Street East.
Here is what sold during August 2016:
Eleven Chaz condo suites total were sold via Toronto’s MLS system.
A one bedroom Chaz suite sold on the 22nd floor for $394,000. There was no locker and no parking.
On a higher floor, another one bedroom suite sold for $411,000. This suite also did not come with a locker or parking spot. The monthly condo fee was $300.04.
On an even higher floor, another one bedroom Chaz unit sold for $411,000. No locker and no parking. The suite faced southwest.
A 528 square foot one bedroom suite sold for $413,000. This suite was almost at the top of the Chaz condo tower. No locker and no parking were a part of the sale.
Even higher still, another identical 1+1 with 2 bathrooms, no locker and no parking sold for $455,000.
A selling price of $425,000 was fetched by the seller of a one bedroom plus den suite on a lower floor at Chaz Condos. The suite faced east and the sale did not include locker or parking.
An identical suite was sold a few floors higher for $433,000. This Chaz suite also did not include locker or parking. As well, this 1+1 suite actually has a powder room for guests as well as a full bathroom.
A suite owner at Chaz Condominium sold a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite for $715,000 on a very high floor. This suite included a parking spot but no storage locker.
Another 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was sold for $730,000 on a very high floor. This suite faced southwest and included a parking spot but no storage locker.
On an even higher floor, a 1 bedroom plus den suite sold for $740,000. This Chaz suite inluded spectacular south views and included a storage locker and parking.
And finally at 45 Charles Street East, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Chaz suite sold for $842,000 on the 48th floor.
