Now, let’s take a look at property values and actual selling prices at Chaz Yorkville Condominium, 45 Charles Street East.

Here is what sold during June and July 2016:

Four Chaz condo suites total were sold via Toronto’s MLS system.

One seller at Chaz condos sold a bachelor suite for $315,000 on a lower floor. The suite faced southwest and came with a storage locker, but no parking spot.

A selling price at 45 Charles for $395,000 was fetched by an owner who sold a one bedroom suite about halfway up the tower. The sale did not include a locker nor a parking spot.

A one bedroom plus den suite was sold by a Chaz Condo owner for $476,000. It was on a higher floor and did not include locker or parking.

A few floors higher at Chaz Condominium, another one bedroom plus den suite was sold for $490,000. The suite faced northwest and did not include a storage locker or parking. The monthly fee on this suite was $307.96.
